1. You Are Beautiful
We live in a world bursting with people who don't believe that they are beautiful. We tell ourselves that we aren't beautiful, however that's just society telling us that we need to be something else. When you wake up in the morning tell yourself that you are beautiful.
2. You Are Enough
Too many people live fixed with the belief that they are inadequate. Not only is this belief incredibly harmful, but it is a complete lie. Wake up every morning and tell yourself that you ARE more than enough.
3. It's Okay to Make Mistakes
Make mistakes. Make tons of crazy, beautiful mistakes. Let yourself know that mistakes are okay to make.
4. Be Proud of Who You Are
There are small idiosyncrasies and vital individualities that make each of us who we are. Embrace those things and be proud of yourself. There's not much better than being unique.
5. Imperfections are Okay
Nobody is perfect in this world and striving for perfection will only lead to disappointment. Tell yourself that it is okay to be imperfect--your imperfections are beautiful.
6. Your Past is Your Past
Everything from yesterday, two weeks ago, five months ago or ten years ago are in the past so keep them there. Sometimes we fixate on things from our past and disrupt what's in our present or what could come in the future. Tell yourself every morning that the past is in the past and today is a new day.
7. Your Dreams are Important
Remember every single day that your dreams are important. Don't lose sight of what is important to you or what your goals are. Strive to be a little closer to your dreams coming true every single day.
8. Hard Work DOES Pay Off
Sometimes we're are so worn out from trying hard or working hard that we tend to forget that it will pay off. We can lose sight of the beneficial end goal if we're too focused on the work we're doing--but remind yourself that hard work does pay off.
9. You Can Make a Difference
So many people think that there's no way they can make a difference because they're just one person and how can just one person affect anything. That belief is an utter lie. It doesn't matter if you're just one individual, you CAN make a difference all you have to do is try.
10. You Are Fearless
Tell yourself that you're fearless. If you wake up every morning and tell yourself that you're fearless, soon enough you'll start to believe it and then you'll start to act based on it. If you keep this thought at the back of your mind, who can stop you from having all your wildest dreams come true?
