    2 - Devote at least 30 minutes of your day to working out. Working out will not only help you keep off weight, but will help you feel ready for your day and will even help improve your mood.

    3 - Spend more time outside! The sunshine and nature will do wonders for your mood and your overall mental health.

    4 - Take the stairs. Maybe you have a meeting on the sixth floor? Opt out of taking the elevator and take the stairs instead. This little change can help a whole lot over time.
